The Planetary Ball Mill is a vertical laboratory mill engineered

The machine is capable of processing four samples at once in each

Choice of Grinding Jars & Grinding Balls
In order to prevent excessive abrasion, the hardness of the
grinding jars used and of the grinding balls must be higher than
that of the material used. Normally, grinding jars and grinding
balls of the same material should be chosen. However, the size of
grinding jars and grinding balls should be determined
experimentally if necessary.

Inner Structure
KINGDA planetary ball mills feature dust-resistant cast iron
construction with a one-piece casting molding process for the main
disk, significantly extending equipment lifespan compared to
conventional splicing methods.
Working Principle
The planetary ball mill operates similarly to planetary motion in
the solar system. Four or two ball mills positioned eccentrically
on a turntable perform simultaneous rotation and revolution (1:2
ratio). This motion generates strong Coriolis forces, creating
intense impact and friction that efficiently grind samples to
powder as fine as 0.1μm.
